Missing Mail/Packages? There May Be Hope! Over a year ago, a neighbor of MHOOSA was arrested for stealing mail and packages from our residents. Upon his arrest, the contents of his apartment were seized for evidence in his trial, which has been finally scheduled for July 30th. After the trial, the police will be releasing all the evidence back to the public. If you had any items stolen from your residence between March and May of 2008, contact Jeff Leyda with a description of the item(s), as there is a possibility that it may be recovered. 232 8th street SE. Barbecuing on Decks and Balconies Prohibited: The Minnesota State Fire Code prohibits barbequing on wooden (combustible) decks and balconies (ordinance is printer on reverse side). You may store your barbeque equipment on your deck or balcony, but you must move it off the deck or balcony before you fire it up.
