100% Compliance
All 60 MHOOSA homeowners have an HO-6 insurance policy with at least the minimum recommended coverage. Thank you for your cooperation. This is an annual requirement, so when renewing your policy send a copy on to our managers.
Need A Plumber?
Marte will be scheduling a “plumbing repair day” for association repairs. Let her know if you need a plumber. The trip charge can be shared which significantly reduces the cost of the repairs.
Parking
Parking in driveways and in front of certain garages is prohibited because emergency vehicles and other homeowners need unimpeded access. The MHOOSA map shows legal parking spaces--unassigned parking spaces as well as where parking a car in front of a garage is and is not permitted. Thanks to the homeowners who have made contributions to MHOOSA’s common area gardens and landscaping:
o Joann Patterson for her financial contribution and hours of work along 3rd Avenue and the interior of Phase I. Thanks also to Corin Kagan for weeding in Phase I.
o Chris Hiller and Melissa Savage for their contribution in memory of their cat, Peanuts, who loved the gardens.
o Catherine Conzet, Emily Paquette, Karen Swanson for their many hours weeding, mulching, and restructuring areas needing attention. And thanks also to all who weed and water our lovely gardens.
Summer Party
Lets have a summer party. National Night Out, Tuesday, August 3rd, is a possibility. Coordinators are needed. Anyone interested? Contact any Board member or the managers to volunteer.
