MHOOSA Pot Luck Picnic—Sunday, August 15th 4:00 PM
Bring a favorite dish to share. Water and soda will be provided as will ham, turkey and buns. We will have activities for children and we would enjoy meeting the new generation, including Lillian Zavadsky the youngest of the new generation. It’s a great time to meet the residents who are in different parking lots.
Projects Underway
Concrete
LaMere Concrete will be removing and replacing garage aprons at MHOOSA over the course of the next three weeks. Because the cement work will involve 20 garage aprons and 2 garage floors, we are spreading the work over three phases to keep the parking problems to a minimum while still grouping the work to be efficient and keep the cost down. Owners affected will receive a letter with details. The three phases and planned dates are as follows:

Projects Completed
The fence and gate across the sidewalk between the garages of 716 and 714 has been installed. MHOOSA undertook this installation in this area as a trial to see if it would reduce the neighborhood pedestrian and bicycle traffic.
Reroofing 728-730 3rd Avenue SE and 634-636 3rd Avenue SE has been completed. |
